Preliminary cyclone sizing, geometry comparison, grade efficiency, two pressure-drop models and an unverified legacy estimate, duct-network head loss and fan-power sizing.
Duct network designer
Draw single-fan extraction networks, size circular or rectangular ducts, calculate friction and component losses, and balance branch dampers at prescribed hood flows.
Bag filter sizing check
Planned checks for air-to-cloth ratio, can velocity and preliminary filter area for fabric filtration behind cyclones. This calculator has not been released.
